Busy Saturday

Mike and I had a great time at the basketball game last night. Cleveland wound up winning, but it was neck and neck for most of the game, which kept things interesting. We got home around 1 a.m., and I didn't get to sleep until at least 2.

Mike had to be at the school at 6:30 a.m. to catch the bus for his swim meet. He was gone all day and just got back a little while ago. Sounds like it was a good meet. He qualified for the finals in the freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke. He and his coach decided to scratch him from the 'fly to save his energy for the other 2 events. He wound up finishing second in the breaststroke and wound up with a personal best in the free.

Annabelle had the dress rehearsal for her Christmas show today. I stayed at the PAC to watch. It's looking really good! Afterward, she and I hit Panera for lunch and then came home to take naps.

I've been getting things done though ever since naptime ended. Laundry, dog-walking, school work . . . the fun never ends!
