Putting the college in War College

Fred is managing to have a pretty good time in Pennsylvania. Last weekend was the annual Air/Shipwreck Ball. I'm kind of fuzzy on the details, but it doesn't seem like any ball I've ever been to. Here's a picture from part of the festivities (see Fred on the boat?):
