And so begins another big adventure. The kids and I dropped Fred off at Fort Benning this morning and then drove down to my parents' home in Florida. Fred will deploy to Afghanistan from Benning later next week.

Last time Fred deployed, I took pictures of him back to back with the kids both before and after to show how much they grew while he was gone:





I don't know how much more growing they're going to be doing over the next year, but here are the baseline photos for this deployment:
