Pasta la vista, baby!

Last summer I bought a pasta machine at TJMaxx, and I got a ravioli press for Christmas, but I had never used either one. Mike wanted pasta for dinner tonight as preparation for his swim meet tomorrow, so it seemed like a good excuse to make ravioli. Fred and I worked together and got to be pretty good at rolling out the dough and using the press to fill the pouches and crimp the edges:

It was pretty good, but I used plain ricotta as the filling, and I think next time I would add something to give it a little more zip.
