Inconvenient timing
Remember Mr. Stinky, my Hawaiian plant with the allegedly odiferous blossoms? He started to bloom last fall but then petered out. I think he is serious about it this time:
I keep telling Fred that on Saturday, I'll drive the car with all the animals, and he can drive the car with Mr. Stinky. So far he doesn't seem to be buying it.

Congratulations!! He looks serious about it this time. It is a sight (and smell) to behold. Fred is lucky!
On second thought, you should insist that the moving van driver transport Mr. Stinky in the cab of his truck!!

Oh I second the idea of Mr. Stinky going with the moving van and he must be held closely to avoid any damage.
